My husband and I had a condo in Ft. Myers and wanted to move to a larger unit. The thought of selling our existing home and purchasing another one was both an exciting one but I was convinced it would be a major hassle as well as very stressful. Without G2G that might have been the case. Eleanor Redar not only helped us get the new condo at a price that we wanted, but she made everything extremely easy. Once we signed the listing agreement on our existing condo, Eleanor went to work. Most importantly she helped us understand the current state of affairs in the Ft. Myers real estate market. This was particularly important when the first offer came in. She helped us think through where the market was and how to best position our counter offer. Eleanor communicated with us regularly not only on activity with our unit but aroundactivity in other similar units. This allowed us to price our condo correctly and be successful.
Following settlement on our condo, Eleanor arranged for an action packed weekend where we toured 35+ units in many neighborhoods to decide where we would buy. We returned to Maryland having submitted a contract on a larger unit, not sure if it would be accepted. Again Eleanor kept in touch daily, and when our offer was accepted, she immediately began to work on getting the settlement on the books. Needless to say it went off without a hitch.

We have been renting at Heritage Palms for four years. The units are nicely furnished, very clean and spacious, with all the dishes and appliances necessary. Beds are comfortable. Eleanor is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and helpful. Anything that is asked for is taken care of immediately. She is adept at dealing with requests that may be out of the ordinary.
